Brandon V and his partner came out to do our quarterly service. Very polite and explained everything they were going to do. Afterwards went over everything including letting us know about wasps in our light fixtures. We appreciate the professionalism!

I’ve only been with Moxie for a couple days and already like their services. Willie came out today for my first treatment. He was friendly, did a great (thorough) job, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

I usually don't talk to door to door, but a gentleman (Isaac) arrived yesterday, and explained in great detail what they were doing, and why it worked, so I thought I'd give it a shot. He explained the process and the contract. He was not pushy, but rather very informative. The company was in communication about times, so I wasn't waiting around for someone who may not show. When Brandon arrived today, he took great care to detail what he would be doing, and what I could expect during the service. He was true to the timelines he gave. He treated my home and me with respect. Afterwards, he was very clear in detailing what they had done inside and outside, what they had found, and what I might expect to see from a critter standpoint. He explained when I would have my next visit, and gave me a friendly departing greeting. He appeared to be training two other men who were also nice and respectful.

William did an OUTSTANDING job! He was super friendly and very professional. He took extra care to avoid spraying all my newly purchased flowers. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I would definitely request William for my next service.

Another great experience today from Moxie Pest Control. John was the Field Expert and was warm, friendly, and communicated everything I needed to know. He was also thorough and got the job completed in a timely manner. MPC does a fantastic job at what they do.

I am not a solicitor kind of guy! I say Dallan at my front door and thought here’s another sales guy! I didn’t accept the service from another service last year because he told me, he wanted to speak with the person in charge. I’m 68 years old! I said you are speaking to him! Dallan was very respectful, kind and extremely thorough. Wasn’t forceful or over bearing. He got my service because he wasn’t pushy, but very complete and explained everything. In our conversation, my military career of over 40 years came up and he provided me with an additional military discount, aside from the neighborhood deal. As for Corey! He was very professional, thorough, kind and respectful. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer person. Our conversations were amazing. I must apologize for keeping him so long, he had another job to do, however he stayed talking and never did he say he had to go. Great hires, the both of them. Kudos to your H/R department. Thanks for transferring him to KY! I will recommend your Mozie to my neighbors, I just think Dallan already spoke with them. I’m sure he was successful.

Moxie has always been very on top of our needs, and we've seen great results from their work. They follow-up and really seem to care about what they do. Each time I'm impressed! Thanks especially to Carter, who stopped by to make sure spring hasn't brought any unwanted pests!

We really like Moxie! They are thorough and knowledgeable. Brandon V took his time and even put the sign in the yard letting us know to let the product dry before letting our dogs out. We have never had a problem in the year we’ve been with them and will be a lifelong customer!
