John was professional and personable. Took great care while serving my home....so much so that I would like to ask that he be my tech for all my future treatments. I appreciate someone who takes pride in their job, and I saw that in John's work today. Please make my request happen, as I have been satisfied with Moxie to date...and this would cement my relationship even more with your service. Thank you!

John was very friendly and informative. Provided a repellent treatment outside complimentary to our plan. Was very efficient and offered to spray in the garage, which we didn’t know was included. Highly appreciated and impressed with service.

First of all, getting started has been so much easier than my local pest protectors. Anytime I can talk to a real human and talk about different custom needs I’ll feel like the service cares. Those custom needs transferred to my tech, Giovanni, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and repeated what the company wanted me to remember and even gave me his best practices opinions. Definitely a great start but now I just have to wait and see how the whole package turns out! So far so good.

Corey was a great service tech and extremely friendly and personable. He did an excellent job and addressed all our concerns and issues. A pleasure to work with, 10/10 would recommend!

Giovanni was absolutely fantastic! He was professional, thorough, and very pleasant to work with. He explained everything clearly and made sure every detail was taken care of. Aaron was on time, extremely polite, and knowledgeable. I appreciate his professionalism. You don’t see that as much these days. This was a complimentary inspection included with my subscription to Moxie, so price is not accurate here.

Moxie took care of our ant and wasp problem completely. Within two days the ants were gone and we could sit on our deck without having to swat an ant off every other second. The wasp problem we had the year before never even became an issue. Their field agents are always super friendly and actually helpful. And, if you’ll pardon the crudeness, they never look like they just escaped an asylum or walked over from the local meth lab. Always clean and put together despite working a physical job, often in the heat. Probably not the biggest issue, but I never worry about them being at my house if I’m not there. I also appreciate that their products aren’t toxic chemicals and I don’t have to worry about my pets. The agent who was here most recently, Katherine, was very nice and took care to not treat close to where I had the barbecue grill going. Probably wouldn’t have hurt anything, but it was an incredibly courteous thing to do without prompt. A+ for Katherine. So in summary, they do what I need, aren’t intrusive, reasonably priced, and their people are friendly. If there’s a downside, I haven’t found it.

Moxie came out and sprayed today for the first time today. Katherine was our field technician, and she was so friendly and she did a very thorough job. Moxie has been wonderful to work with so far and I look forward to continuing to use them this year

KATHERINE was on time and did a great job. Very nice and professional. Moxie seemed a little difficult to deal with in the beginning but after a couple months they are great and professional and I do recommend their services. They have kept our pests under control.
