Keeping Indianapolis homes pest free

We have been using Moxie for a long while and we always are appreciative of the service and the willingness to come out. We had De’Monie J. come out previously and he was great! This most recent service we had Jason come out and he was also phenomenal! Very thorough and was willing to go above and beyond! They both really gave 5 star service!! We appreciate the hard work. We have had an issue with spiders and carpenter ants and the work done by Jason and De’Monie helped take care of the issues for us. Thank you to the technicians who aren’t afraid to get dirty and go into a crawl space to make sure our home is pest free for safe for the little ones, even without the heads-up and all the gear they needed to do so!

Josie arrived on time and with a smile. She immediately identified herself, then asked if I had questions or needed more info regarding about Moxie Services. I told her my sales rep Lacy, had provided a detailed explanation. So Josie happily accommodated my requests and the service had a positive end. A quick mention, my sales rep Lacy was happy and engaging, so I did not feel under pressure to purchase. I would recommend Moxie.

This visit by Andrew was for the initial treatment based on his review of the notes taken by Terra when we first signed up for this service. He contacted us via text shortly before his arrival and greeted me at the front door upon his arrival. He confirmed the notes recorded in our contract, explained his planned actions and allowed time for any questions. Andrew treated the perimeter of our home both at ground and gutter level, our yard and even our shed. He was very professional and thorough. We look forward to positive results.

De’Monie did an excellent job! I was busy when he arrived at the premises and unable to greet him but, like a true professional, he carried on with his job with precision and confidence, even entering the gated backyard, as is the expectation, making sure nothing was overlooked. Very impressed! I have experienced before technicians doing the bare minimum, only focusing on the front yard, and not even attempt to open the gate when we have been unable to greet them. Very pleased with the services today!

Robert arrived and started work right away. About 5 minutes into it, I went outside to show him that I was having difficulty opening a door so that the back could be treated. He squatted down and gave a few pulls, and was able to treat the entire perimeter of my home.<br /> He did this with professionalism, courtesy and a bright smile on his face.<br /> He DEFINITELY went above and beyond the of expectations.<br /> 10 out of 10 rating on this experience. I haven’t had a single issue of any type concerning Moxie Pest Control. I can’t recommend them enough; this is a fantastic organization.

My tech today was Joshua and he did an excellent job. He was polite and professional and explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions. I appreciated his thoroughness.

Austin was here to do the free attic inspection. He was punctual, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. When he completed the inspection, he presented the options available to me, so that I could make an informed decision. He's a really nice guy and easy to talk to.

Robert was great and very personable! He explained the services being provided today considering we have over a foot of snow. He was bundled up and had no qualms with walking in deep snow to ensure services are still provided. Love that Moxie employees understand the services the company offers. Thank you, Robert!
