Cody did a great job. I was on a conference call when he arrived and understanding that he was right to the service after I gave him a quick update of what I have seen and needed specific treatment on. When he was done gave me a short quick recap. Nice job in assertiveness and professionalism.

Today was my first service and Bryan S. was my service technician. He spoke to me with kindness and grace. He helped answer questions, and is by far the best technician we have ever had to our current property, and we have used three other pest control companies. I would appreciate if Bryan S. could service my home on a regular basis. Please commend him for his quality work and outstanding work ethic.

Braden came out and was quick but thorough. We were having some wolf spider issues and he said he found a bunch and their eggs. Got them all god bless. Recommend asking for him! Also, signed up through Spencer - he is very knowledgeable and ultimately out of 20 other solicitors we went with Moxie because of Spencer! 10/10 recommend!

Truman did an outstanding job very personable and respectful.. The technicians with moxie have great customer service. Can’t say the same about the sales and office side of the house or the effectiveness of their product. But their technicians are absolutely amazing.

Lamar Jackson serviced our home today and was extremely thorough and professional. He spent the time to explain exactly what he was going to apply and where he would be applying. Lamar then followed up and walked the property to answer questions. Great guy, great service! I highly recommend recommend Moxie Pest Control.

Cody was very courteous. When he got here to perform the maintenance, he let me know he was here and asked ifvthere was anything I wanted to make him aware of. When he finished, he came to the door and went over the things he did and left a written report detailing the work. He let me know he did see anything out if the ordinary and that if I did have questions or comments after he left, I could reach out and let him know. I'm super pleased with Cody's work and professionalism with that human touch. Thank you!
