Drew was friendly and professional. He rang the doorbell and confirmed the notes I had added to the file. He also pointed out that one of my beehive parts was near the spray area so I could move it first—a detail I had forgotten about. He did a thorough job clearing cobwebs, wasp nests, and dead bugs. Great service overall.

Drew did a great job. He let us know when he arrived so we could make sure the dogs were safely in the house. He thoroughly checked the exterior of the house, he covered all areas of the yard as we initially requested. He was respectful of our property. I hope Drew comes to service our yard again in the future.

He was spectacular and helped not only with the quarterly spray and outside but came inside to help me with my spider issue from where I am having a remodel done and the crawl space was opened and they are coming out everywhere! Needless to say he was on it and so kind and thoughtful to my needs and safety of my kids and animals! Great job friend!

Josh came out on a Saturday and was very helpful. I explained our issues and he was able to explain the why. Josh was super upbeat and helpful which was very refreshing. 10 of 10 we want Josh to come back out in the future. We had a timeline and Josh was super accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for more. For the 6-7 years I have been a customer of Moxie I have never had a field tech pay as much attention to detail as Joshua did yesterday! He was genuinely pleasant, highly professional and very qualified to do the work he was sent to do. I personally believe Moxie would be doing themselves a favor to use Joshua as a trainer for the other field techs. This is exactly how you want your employees to preform so as to give your company a favorable name. If you do not decide to use him as a trainer please send him back to do my quarterly application in a month or so. Much appreciation for impressive work Joshua!
