From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. They were incredibly thorough, making sure to address every area of concern. What truly set them apart was how polite and professional they both were. They took the time to walk me through everything they would be doing, explaining the process clearly and answering all my questions. It's rare to find such dedicated and customer-focused service these days. Drew and Derrick made what could have been a stressful situation an absolute breeze. We’re a returning customer of Moxie but Nashaun was awesome! He called ahead with an ETA. He was very thorough, very informative, and very pleasant/polite! Would absolutely be thrilled to have him as our tech again. Edit: Daniel was out to our home for our first quarterly treatment and he was fantastic! He was so friendly and polite! He asked if we were having any specific problems and took care of everything we needed! He’s more than welcome back at our home!

I appreciate Moxie sending a text to let me know what day and time they will be here. Another text with the name of the person comes when they are on their way. Today, Daniel came. He let me know he was on the property, explained what he was going to do, and asked me if I had any questions. He did a fantastic job, then afterwards let me know he was finished. He was respectful at all times and was very knowledgeable about the service he was providing. I have been using Moxie for a couple of years, and am very happy with them.

My first application was done today by Daniel, he was very informative, answered all my questions. Again, this is my first application, and I will let you know how happy I am with the results later. So far the company has been fantastic to deal with. When Daniel came out, he introduced himself and was very knowledgeable about the products he was using. I have been fighting with bugs for 10 years now on my own. If their products work and my fight is over, I will give them constant five star reviews. Tony

Drew and Josh did a great job. They spent a great deal of time using the product and explaining the service. I got the $99 intro special. I might consider the contract. But so far so good.

Daniel came out to do a free warranty. He was AMAZING. Took time to walk around my home with me so I could show him our problem areas. He listened intently and went above and beyond to explain how the product worked and assured me about the safety of the products with my pets. He did our interior and exterior and was super professional and personable. He even did an outbuilding my wife uses as a studio without hesitation when I asked. Other techs have seemed annoyed at requests like this, but Daniel said verbatim “don’t apologize. This is my job, I just want to see every customer happy” with a smile on his face. If I could get Daniel every time, I would. Daniel, you’re the man. Thanks!

Daniel at Moxi was excellent. Excellent communication. He got straight to work and took care of all the jobs treating my home and yard area.
