Raymond was on time, very courteous, and addressed all of my concerns. He gave specific direction regarding the safety of our new puppy as well. Once finished, he thoroughly explained all that he completed and indicated a 3 week follow up to measure progress. Excellent service this morning.

Raymond was awesome and definitely went above and beyond. The company however, I have issues with. Any company that would send technicians out on a day like Saturday does not deserve my business and I will be severing our service.

Nate Parker of Moxie (Joshua’s) Pest Control came out to do our end of season & most important time of year for pest control. He really listened to everything I needed done & even showed me when he finished & also did a few other things he thought we needed that I hadn’t asked for him to do. He called ahead when he was on his way, was extremely polite & did the most thorough job we have ever had. We have always had great service & we have been with Joshua’s (now part of Moxie) Pest Control for over 7 years & cannot be happier. They always return quickly at any time outside of our quarterly service. Although we have rarely had to have anything done in between regular services, I’m positive Nate was so thorough this will definitely be another instances we won’t need extra service. Thanks Nate & Moxie Pest Control. We won’t have any mice, voles or other pests during this fall/winter.
