Keeping Tampa homes pest free

Pleased with professionalism and quality so far. Recieved an automated text Brandon was on his way. He arrived timely, presented a professional appearance, and explained what he would be doing during today's service. He worked efficiently and what appeared to be thoroughly. When he was finished he explained everything he did, and when the next service was. Additionally, he explained everything was under warranty, and that if we found pests prior to the next treatment to simply call the number on the card.

Brittany was great! She provided specific details on the service. She knew we had a dog once she arrived and provided instructions on pet interactions and what to do once she finished our service. She was professional, friendly, efficient and personable. It was clear she cared about her service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Alfonso is the best! He always communicates with me about his findings and never does a bad job. He treats all areas of the house, garage, and yard. He pays attention to detail. When he is finished I never have to worry about pests. We haven't seen a thing for 3 years ! Fantastic job Alfonso!! Moxie you have a superstar!

So today I got to talk to Chris and he was an amazing technician super outgoing and very knowledgeable. He was talking to me about how he just started with the company, he seemed very genuine when talking to me and was playing with our dogs and overall an amazing person. Thank you Moxie and Chris for being the best.

Jerome performed the first of the 12M series that I hired Moxie to perform. Jerome was punctual and attentive, inquiring as to any specific issues and concerns that I had. He then explained in detail the treatment he would be applying and went about his work diligently. He checked back in once he finished and reminded us about a few Moxie policies and was on his way. All told, just a little over 1 hour for the initial treatment on our 3 story home. Well done.

Great communication from Customer Service about upcoming appointments and technician status. Lorenzo handled our services today and he was friendly, informative and listened to my concerns which is greatly appreciated!

Our technician wanted to make sure we understood all that he was doing, answered all our questions, provided additional info, and made notes about our concerns in the file. His attention to detail and professional approach was great. Very satisfied with the service.

Stephanie serviced our property yesterday for the first time. She was very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. She was also very efficient and well-organized. We won't be able to evaluate Moxie's effectiveness in controlling pests until a little time has passed, but Stephanie certainly gave us a good first impression of Moxie.

Ian of Moxie Dallas came by to promote their pest control services. I was not ready to sign up, and I was upfront about it. Ian was respectful of my decision and my time, and we continued to have a very meaningful and educational conversation about pest control and pest control products. Ian was very knowledgeable and sincere about his trade, and I would definitely give Moxie a try when I am ready. Ian was professional, and he was willing to put in effort to sow good seeds. I was pleasantly impressed, and would consider Moxie my number one choice in the future. Thank you, Ian!
