Keeping Dallas homes pest free

Michael came today and he was wonderful! He did a very detailed job inside and out and was knowledgeable and helped check on every place in the house I asked. He took care of a bunch of wasps nest on didn’t even realize were there. Would love to have him back next time.

I had an outstanding experience with salesman, Thomas, from your company. From the moment he arrived, he was punctual, respectful, and carried himself with a level of professionalism that immediately stood out. He set a great tone for the whole interaction. Thomas was transparent and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, without any pressure or pushy sales tactics (Unless I am a sucker! Because did a great job at getting me!). He answered every question I had, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I understood the service rather than just trying to make a sale.<br /> <br /> Thomas has a rare traits from a salesman of being both professional and very personable. He was courteous, well spoken, and attentive throughout the entire conversation. It never felt transactional. Almost like it was his personal company.<br /> <br /> Overall, I decided to go with this company, not only because of the effectiveness of the service, but because if this is the standard Moxie holds for their team, then they are in excellent hands. I have this service it’s great, I want to put in a review for billing and customer service. I spoke with Bianca in reference to a billing issue and she was excellent at handling my issue. Bianca then sent me to her colleague Qua to handle new rates Qua was very knowledgeable and helpful with my services .. There are a lot of pest control options in the Dallas area but I switched to moxie a few years ago when I spoke to an associate about their ability to do insect control without killing the bees in my yard.<br /> <br /> This year I have had two techs come out: Angela (most recent) & Deztinee (previous treatment). I have to say I have been beyond pleased with the quality of their work and also their friendliness. It can sometimes feel a little intimidating being a woman home alone and having a man you don’t know come to your door (haven’t had issues with moxie, just other experiences). Moxie hiring and sending out more female techs has been a huge plus for me and I think I just got lucky that those techs also happened to be very kind and efficient humans.<br /> I have never had an issue scheduling or rescheduling when needed, and the manager of the area was very helpful in answering all my questions regarding the safety of my pets & timetable in when they could go into the yard.<br /> <br /> For my experiences just this year alone, I can honestly say I would recommend moxie to my friends in the area & my neighbors! (Now give everyone in this review that bonus cash, Moxie corporate! They deserve that and MORE! 👏🏼)

Logan knows his stuff. Excellent process and knowledge of his craft. Not how I wanted to spend this money but it had to be done. He also had an attractive 0% financing deal.

Josh came out this morning & sprayed my yard, porch, patio & garage for ants, bugs, & spiders. He also fill up our rat bait boxes with rat bait. He does an excellent job & I’m always glad to see him when he comes to spray. I love Moxie Pest Control!! I’m one happy customer! Thanks Josh
