He asked for an update regarding a separate trip he made back in August to treat ants inside the home. “Know your customer” is an important component of delivering high-value service. We are very happy with the services we have received thus far! DJ just came out for our quarterly service and he was great. Extremely knowledgeable about the products and how they work. He was very considerate of our space and specific requests that I had. I don’t think anyone enjoys calling pest control. But if you have to call Moxie
