Moxie's team members are always courteous and thorough. Today, Thomas took the time to listen to my concerns of upcoming seasonal issues and confirmed whether I was having any existing problem areas. Then Thomas clearly explained how he would apply the solution(s) that are a part of my service contract with Moxie. He also resupplied me with bait traps I can use within my home/garage.
